Recipe for Black rice with crawfish and white sparkling wine
serves for 3
350gr of Crawfish (rinsed and drained)
200gr of Black wholeweat Rice
1/2 glass of Sparkling white wine
1/2 glass of Fish stock
1 Teaspoon of flour
1part of Garlic glove
1 small White onion
1 lemon Zest
Fresh parsley, salt and pepper
Easter appropriate: with Italian typical sweet or savoury cakes and tarts!
